What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Wbc 12.8 absolute neutrophils 7.5 absolute lymphs 3.6 absolute monocytes 1.0 absolute EOS 0.6 Low bun 5 and low bun creatinine ratio 6! Test received today 7/23/15 In 2012 I was told by my pcp that he thought he was dealing with early stages of leukemia. Can that be true?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The total leucocyte count (TLC) of 12.8 is slightly above the biological internal..
The differential count is showing 7.5 neutrophils, 3.6 lymphocytes, 1 monocytes and 0.6 eosinophils.
The differential percentages are within normal range.
The TLC is raised with predominance of neutrophils thus there is neutrophilia or increased number of neutrophils.
Elevated neutrophils and seen infections especially bacterial infection.
The blood counts do not show any evidence of leukemia.
The earlier reports of 2012 may have to be reviewed to look for any evidence of leukemia at that point of time.
In addition, low BUN: creatinine ratio is seen in kidney disease which has damaged the kidney structure.
I suggest you to consult your referring doctor with the reports for further management.
